EFCC Nabs a Dupe Landlord in Lagos


Members of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has apprehended a fraudlent landlord for allegedly collecting about N37 million from over 100 tenants of 89, Oriola Street in Alapere Ketu , Lagos  under a false pretence of providing them with apartments.

According to our sources the landlord, Alahaji Ishola Salawudeen, is not a first time offender. He also has a similar case with about 33 tenants which is still pending in court. Eye witness account from the courts revealed that Salawudeen is pleading to settle the people he defrauded out of court.
