typical work day for a morning show host begins at 3AM. Yes, 3 in the
morning! Well after hitting the snooze button a few times, I really have
to be up by 330, get ready and be at the studio by 430AM, and go live
on air at 5AM for our show, ABS-CBN's Umagang Kay Ganda, which is "its a
good morning" in Tagalog.
Your
energy has to be at its highest even if you still feel sleepy because
you are there to wake people up, and wake them up hopefully with a smile
on their face! How your mood is in the morning sets your mood the rest
of the day, don't you think? So that is our job. To start people's day
informed, entertained, and to hopefully put them in a positive mood.
