NPF says this pic of an ACP fondling a lady's boobs is photoshopped

This picture was purported to represent a police Assistant Commissioner (AC) who was having a nice time while on duty with a light skinned beautiful young lady. The picture actual showed that he was fondling the lady's boobs. It looks mutual.

In response to this picture, NPF (#NPFalert) has released a counter claim that the picture was Photoshopped.

Lady Gaga's extremely high head gear wouldn't allow her enter the car. I believe the fixing of this hat was much more difficult than we are imagining.

We gathered that she was on her way to the Graham Norton's show in Central London when this incidence took place.

This picture was used in News+Rescue to reports a true life story of a man battering his wife. CASB EXCLUSIVE has some reservations about this publication.

First, the conception of "Nigerian men killing their wives" rather too harsh and unacceptable to be used for a great nation called Nigeria. That there some recorded cases of men who reacted inordinately and had there spouses or children killed does not make it a life style of Nigerian men.

Secondly, the picture looks more like a love play or a pose than a fight. Again, the man's facial side view depicts laughter more than the seriousness that a fight conveys. Or was he killing his wife and at the same time smiling?

Lastly, the person at the background was too relaxed. He was rather watching a show than a scene where a neighbour is trying to strangulate his wife.

These are our candid observations. Readers please tell us what you think.

The woman was told to kneel in frozen peas (or possibly dried chickpeas) as a form of torture. This kind of punishment has been used in some cultures to motivate students to behave or to become subservient. This is a viral image going across the internet. Some sources have listed this photo as that of a school girl being punished by her teacher, but others have argued that the picture was sourced from a website for individuals who get a kick out of watching this type of punishment from one to another. Yes folks, believe it or not some get satisfaction by watching others who experience physical pain.

BlackBerry Ltd said on Monday it has begun to roll out its BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) service to users of Android and iPhone devices. Nigeria internet subscriber base hits 50 million users says NCC

Internet subscriber data in Nigeria on the Global System for Mobile Telecommunication and Code Division Multiple Access platforms is now 50,580,711.

The most recent statistics by the Nigerian Communications Commission placed Internet subscription on GSM networks at 50.4 million while that of CDMA networks were put at 168,152.
The data, which covered up till July this year, had MTN dominating Internet subscription for GSM players with a 25.9 million figure. This was followed by Globacom, Airtel and Etisalat with 9.88 million, 9.25 million and 5.35 million figures respectively.
