"Warri Is On The Verge of Returning To Its Lost Glory..."

CASB EXCLUSIVE: WARRI, the much celebrated oil city in Delta State of Nigeria has unarguably experienced low-keyed activities for some time owing to the exit of some notable companies and incessant crises. Many people have expressed concerns to see things turn around for good again.

Mary Oyibocha in a tweet (@MOAgbajoh) has this to say:

ONLY recently, Elder Orubebe's passion for WARRI and Delta State once again attracted him as a Guest Speaker to an event organised by Warri Rebirth Initiative(WRI), a Non-/Governmental Organisation fostering UNITY among inhabitants of Warri. The Honorable Minister presented a Paper Titled: "THE SPIRITUAL COMPONENTS OF WARRI AND ITS INHABITANTS" URHOBOS, IJAWS, ITSEKIRIS, ISOKOS, UKWANIS & Others
As a "WARRI BIG BOY", he recalls with nostalgia the glorious Old Days of Warri and suggested ways to rekindle the spirit of LOVE, Unity and Development back to the Hon Ramsey Rich Edigbue Oil City. The Event which held at BB Hotels, Deco Road, Warri, had in attendance Top Government functionaries, Business Moguls, Activists, Religious Leaders, and Political heavy-weights from all the Three Senatorial Zones in the State. Musical maestro, Dede Mabiaku was present while Tony Grey and his Ozimba Band thrilled the audience.
CASB believes the great oil city shall re-surface again in a big way. Cooperative efforts of the Government and all the great sons and daughters of Delta State are highly needed.
